Please remember to click ‘Register Now’ and enter your details onto a registration ticket before joining any classes (online or in-person). Visit our FAQ page for more information on how to book a class.

  • Join the meeting 5-10 minutes before, to start on time.
  • Bring any home props you would like to use – a blanket or towel as a yoga mat, pillows/cushions, a belt as a stretching strap, books as yoga blocks… Don’t worry if you don’t have any!
