How do I book an online class!

Let’s go through it step-by-step!

  1. Find your password in the weekly email.
  2. After 6pm on Sunday, enter your password when you access the classes under ‘Book Classes’.
  3. Click ‘Register Now’ and enter your details.
  4. Join the Zoom link on the day of your class!

Do I have to book to attend an online class? Why?

YES! Even though you aren’t physically attending a class, you still need to register your details for the purposes of attendance tracking. YMC is a big club, and keeping track of online class attendees will help us to plan classes accordingly during the pandemic.

How do bookings work?

Anyone who purchases membership before 23:59 on Saturday night is guaranteed to receive a password to sign up for classes the following Sunday.

The password that can be used to sign up for classes will be sent out at some point on Sunday before bookings open.

The password will ALWAYS be sent out to your UCL email address, under which you purchased your membership. Please do not contact us about not having received the password before bookings open and make sure you check your UCL EMAIL and its spam folder first.

Bookings for classes will open every Sunday at 18:00 on our BOOK CLASSES page. You will be able to book classes for the following 7 days.

If you are a paid member and do not receive your password, please message us with your full name and UCL email.

Do I need a confirmation email to join the online class?

No, don’t worry if you haven’t received it yet! The website’s automated system often fails to send them out on time. As long as you’ve submitted your details, we’ve recorded your attendance!

What do I do if I can no longer attend an online class?

If you can no longer attend a class you previously booked, we can manually cancel your booking for you so that your attendance isn’t recorded! Send us a message over Instagram or Facebook, letting us know the details you used to register.
