Join our Treasurer, Henry, for an easy-going meditation session. Henry has completed an 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and will guide you through 15-20 minutes of meditation, after which you’ll have around 10 minutes of discussion and getting to know each other.
