Join our Treasurer, Henry, for an easy-going meditation session. Henry has completed an 8-week course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and will guide you through 15-20 minutes of meditation, after which you’ll have around 10 minutes of discussion and getting to know each other. This is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or not!
