Meditation Group


For those of you interested in Meditation, the Mindfulness Society and the Buddhist Society are offering guided meditation sessions.  This is a great opportunity to explore meditation, an integral part of yoga outside the physical postures.

The Mindfulness Society gathers every Tuesday from 18:15 to around 19:15 at the QCR (quiet contemplation room) on Level B2 in the Student Center for a guided meditation session.
