Meditation is often incorporated into yoga during practice by many instructors, but we also offer free meditation-only sessions with our treasurer, Henry! Henry has completed an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and guides morning meditations every Sunday at 11am.

For those of you interested in more meditation, the Mindfulness Society and the Buddhist Society are offering guided meditation sessions.  This is a great opportunity to explore meditation, an integral part of yoga outside the physical postures.
