Below you can find all of the information for upcoming online classes.
Please read the class descriptions carefully and make sure that you leave enough time before the class to familiarise yourself with the platform that is used and to fill out any necessary forms.
Please also join the meeting at least 5-10 minutes before to start on time.
You can use some home props for the practice: blanket, pillows/cushions or books as yoga blocks, a belt or scarf as a strap.
